Unit 2 -job and estimate creation

For this phase of your training we want you to go into your version of Function Point (after watching the video) and use your newly found skills to go through the process of using function point. Please use REAL data (we can delete it after if you'd like, so don't worry about making mistakes). The more practice jobs/dockets you create the better you will begin to understand the system. If you choose to keep the work you've done in the system, that's fine too.

• Create a brief (if you are going to use this).
• Create an estimate.
• Create tasks for different team members.
• Make your estimate into a job/docket.
• turn your job/docket into an invoice.
• Be sure to try all different iterations that you think might be relavant.
• Please note any questions that you have for the next meeting.
