fp Training.


If you're new to the system please take a look at the steps below. If you send the information to us within 2 weeks of signing up we can import your contacts into the system and/or custom phases and services. You can also decide to enter the information (manually) on your own.

  1. If you’re happy with the standard phases and services and want to enter your staff and contact information manually, you’re ready to go! Please go through the training videos and feel free to contact us at support@functionpoint.com if we haven't already contacted you.
  2. If you want us to import your clients, prospects, vendors and staff (or customized phases and services) please provide us with this information within 2 weeks. The workbook is linked here.
  3. You can forward us a banner to replace the top fp banner - we just need a 1300 x 98 pixel jpeg. (please ensure there are no graphics behind the buttons on the right hand side).
  4. You can upload your logos for printouts/invoices etc. by going to admin (lock on the top right) > Office Preferences > add your logos. 
  5. We have 5 standard printout templates for you to choose from (see below for examples) for your estimate and invoice printouts. The default is T3, but if you'd like to switch them please just let us know and we can make the switch for you. Custom printouts are available for a fee: we charge $99 per hour with a minimum 1/2 hour charge if you'd like to customize the look of your printouts beyond the template styles below.
    • Template Examples (your company logo will be in the place of fp as long as it's uploaded to the office preferences area of the system).
